All of Arrem Plastics production forming tools are constructed of aluminum and carry a lifetime guarantee to yield an unlimited quantity of parts.

Almost 85% of our tools are machined from solid billets of aluminum. Depending on part size and geometry, some tools will be cast in aluminum.

All tools are designed to withstand a lifetime of pressure forming production and are temperature controlled for dimensional and surface appearance consistency.
