Our 100,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art manufacturing facility encompasses 13 state-of-the-art thermoforming cells along with 18 state-of-the-art (5- & 6-axis) CNC trimming cells. Our highly trained work force of nearly 100 people is dedicated to producing the highest quality thermoformed parts for our customers during a 24/5 work schedule. Our Quality Management System is specially tailored for the thermoforming process, supported by our fully equipped measurement lab, conforms to ISO 9001:2008 standards. Profile Plastics' arsenal of thermoforming equipment represents the latest in digital technology to ensure that quality vacuum, pressure and twin-sheet molded parts are produced on a consistent basis. Our thermoforming processes are designed to handle all types of thermoplastic materials up to 0.5" starting gauge and mold sizes up to 8 ft. x 12 ft. In addition, we also have the capability to do distortion printed forming. This array of equipment ensures our ability to form current and developmental plastic materials with high expertise.
CNC (5-Axis) and Robotic (6-Axis) Trimming
Profile Plastics maintains state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC and 6-axis robotic trimming equipment providing the flexibility to trim parts of various sizes and materials with extreme accuracy and speed. Our part holding fixtures and trim programs are engineered to maintain consistency in trimming from part to part and are validated by our quality system.
Assembly and Finishing

Dedicated areas for assembly and kitting of products provides a focused environment that ensures that only parts that meet 100% of the quality parameters established are shipped to customers.
