Profile Plastics is certified to the ISO 9001:2015 standard and uses procedures and processes to meet demanding quality requirements. Our ISO certification ensures we maintain a high level of service in providing quality solutions to our OEM customers.

We frequently engage in early supplier involvement (ESI) techniques as a framework for establishing quality parameters for our customers’ new products. Our quality team works within the ISO standards to provide robust quality documentation that helps insure process repeatability and final part compliance.

Also, in addition to RoHS, REACH UL 94, FDA/ NSF compliance, we maintain a quality management system that is specific to thermoforming and have a quality lab where visiting customers can see our QC technologies firsthand.

We can provide in-house analysis for fast turnaround on First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and capability studies as required by the customer.

Key quality equipment includes:

Multi-axis coordinate measuring machine (CMM) technology with 3D modeling software for comparing parts to design specifications



Laser scanning tools for surface and dimensional analysis



Color spectrophotometer technology for color monitoring and verification
